You will receive a full refund minus $150 if you cancel within 2 weeks of registration and the date is greater than 6 months until the event begins. After that date, or within 6 months of the event, all purchases will be final.
PLEASE NOTE: If you find you are unable to attend the event, your ticket is fully transferable contingent upon approval from the Mexico Dance Adventure organizers (Ari & Jae). i.e., please check with the organizers first and if it's okay with them, you may give or sell your spot to another person on your own. If you do give it to another person, please have that person register separately online at www.mexicodanceadventure.com, and let us know on that form that this is a transferred ticket (not purchased).
PLEASE NOTE: If the trip has to be cancelled by the organizers due to Covid-19 complications or other logistic reasons, Jae & Ari will do their very best to reschedule. If you are unable to make the new dates, a full refund will be given, minus whatever payment fees PayPal or the CC company insists on keeping.
Registration Terms and Policies:
• Liability Waiver: I acknowledge that there are physical risks involved while participating with Worldwide Dance Adventure (WDA). I voluntarily attend the event, acknowledge the risks, and release liability and waive any and all claims and causes of action against Ari Levitt & Jae Gregory, Worldwide Dance Adventures, Roll Up The Rug, and all WDA Organizers or subsidiaries arising out of my participation at WDA and traveling to/from the event. If I should require medical care or treatment, I agree to be personally responsible for any costs incurred as a result of such treatment, including legal and attorney fees. I am also aware and give my consent for Ari Levitt, Jae Gregory, Worldwide Dance Adventures, Roll Up The Rug, and WDA Organizers to use any photos and/or video of me taken during WDA for marketing material unless specifically requested otherwise.
• In the unlikely event that we need to make changes to the event (schedule, venue, instructors, etc), we will make every effort to notify you via e-mail, Facebook, and our webpage.
We do require all participants to have trip-cancellation insurance which should provide you with a full refund in the event of travel changes or mis-haps, cancellations, health-related issues (such as COVID), etc. CLICK HEREto sign up with our affiliate, World Nomads.
